The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Western Regional Office, is soliciting for the following educational service. The purpose is to contract a certificate program in Accounting Studies to the female inmate population at the Federal Correctional Institution, Dublin, California. The Accounting Studies is a Certificate of Achievement program. The required courses of study will include General Accounting (Parts 1 and 2), Business Mathematics, and Computer Systems -- Introduction to Excel Calculator Applications. The Bureau of Prisons is looking to award a base year, with a possible 4 (1) year option periods. The solicitation packet is estimated to be issued on or around March 14, 2001, with an estimated bid opening date of April 3, 2001.
