Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, material to remove existing M/H E; located on Lee Street near education center construction site and replace with new 6x12x7 concrete manhole. Contractor will break up existing M/H, remove concrete, debris etc. and install new manhole at same location; remove and replace 18 ft. of sidewalk and adjust existing conduits to new manhole. Bonding ribbon, ground wire and cable rack with cable hooks are to be included. Note to Bidders: It is highly recommended that all prospective bidders visit the job site prior to bid submittal to familiarize thermselves with the total scope of work to be done, and surronunding working conditions. To verify all dimensions and magnitude of work. The contractor shall furnish all bonds or alternative payment protection, including any necessary reinsurance agreements before proceeding with the work or being allowed to start work.
