This solicitation is an RFP of IFB and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of March 20, 2001. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the govvernment. The total shall not exceed 5 years. This is an unrestricted acquisition. While price may be a significan factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
