The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Deliveries are FOB destination to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 56 each 275 days after contract award (DACA), and 56 each the following month. First Article Test Report (FATR) is due 208 DACA. Required delivery without FAT is 56 each 220 DACA, and 56 each the following month.
