This item is restricted to Aerospace Optics Inc., 3201 Sandy Lane, Fort Worth, TX 76112-7203. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 43 each 280 days after contract award and 50 each month thereafter until completion. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation.
