Description

Please use numbered notes 1, 3, 9, 13, and 26. This RFQ is for 223 tent covers, which was last awarded in 1999 with a total unit price of $84.22. This request for RFQ is for Cover, Tent; NSN:8340-00-241-8435, MIL SPEC=MIL-T-12354. The production leadtime will equate to on or before 210 days after date of award. Acceleration will be permitted at no additional cost to the government. There will be two destinations incorporated within this request for quotation and they are XU Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin, which is located in Tracey, CA. The other depot that will house this inventory will be the Defense Distribution Branch Fleet Albany, GA. All materials will be furnished by the awardee. Far part 12 procedures will not be used. This RFQ will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a bid which DSCP shall consider.
