Description

This is a modification of CBD Submission Number 50D7S7. The synopsis is modified as follows: It is the Government's intent to issue this solicitation as a Partial Small Business Set-Aside. We intend to make three (3) awards as a result of this solicitation based on a 50%, 30%, and 20% split. The 50% portion of the requirement will be set aside for small businesses. The 30% and 20% portions of the requirement will remain on an "Unrestricted" basis. The total requirement for the Parkas, Woodland, ECWCS is a minimum of 160,128 and a maximum of 240,192 with Two, 1-year options included.
