Description

Amendment, F42600-01-R-22243 posted an amendment 01 dated 7 Dec 2000 cancelling requirement. The requirement was not cancelled. The Sole Source acquisition approach was cancelled. The original requirement was synopsized on 9 Nov 2000 using the Sole Source acquisition approach. A Sources Sought synopsis dated 14 Dec 2000 under F42600-01-R-AAAAJ changed to F42600-01-R-22243, using a Full and Open competition acquisition approach. This sources sought synopsis has now been cancelled. Solicitation number F42600-01-R-22243 amendment 02 security requirements are still applicable. Amendment 03 of F42600-01-R-22243 incorporates the following: Only one responsible source. Carlisle Research Inc, Van Nuys CA. No data is available to compete Software Support/Maintenance. This is a 5 year Time and Material Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for Software Support/Maintenance for AN/TYQ-23 (V) 2/3 System. Item 0001 Software Maintenance. (Labor and Material) Item 0002 Data in support of item 0001. Item 0003 Travel in support of item 0001. Item 0004 Subcontracting in support of item 0001. An Integrated Process Team (IPT) Price Negotiation and Agreement procedure will be used for this solicitation. The approximate issue/response date will be 16 APR 2001.
