- Description
- This project consists of the installation of "FIA" Forest Inventory Plots on the Blue Mountain Zone (Malheur, Umatilla, Wallowa-Whitman National Forests). These plots will be installed on top of selected Current Vegetation Inventory Plots located in the Blue Mountain Zone. The new "FIA" plot design consists of four subplots and two transects per subplot. One award will be made and task orders issued. Proposal due date will be indicated in the solicitation.
