Description

Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Sean Morton for policy research for the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary (MBNMS). Purpose of proposed contract is to provide Managment Plan review coordination services to the MBNMS. Specifically work includes assisting the Sanctuary management plan review; assist with coordination of public meetings to receive public input; assist Sanctuary staff by drafting responses to public comments; update the Management Plan review section of the Sanctuary website; and assist with production of the "State of the Sanctuary" report. Proposed contractor possesses academic background in fields of education, environmental studies, ocean policy, marine and estuarine resource management and coastal management.
