Description

Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with the Channel Islands Marine Sanctuary Foundation for the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary (CINMS). Purpose of proposed contract is to prepare and distribute the Alolkoy to educate a broad audience about the resources found within the CINMS. The Foundation partners with the CINMS to cultivate stronger community support and awareness of CINMS' efforts; provide the same community with a means of staying involved in the Sanctuary's protection; and to offer ongoing support to the CINMS to fulfill the terms of its mission.
