Description

This is a sources-sought notice. Fairchild AFB, Spokane, WA intends on soliciting a contract for a team of certified Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) Instructors who will provide academic (classroom) and practical (hands-on) instruction on the proper SERE techniques/methods to be used in a wide range of scenarios. Must have successfully completed SERE training course S-V80-A and be experienced in teaching SERE training course S-V81-A or equivalent. Additionally, experience is required in the following areas: interrogation, personal recovery, evasion, and student instruction and evaluation. S-V80-A class size maximum is 70 students per week and is broken down to elements of 5-6 individuals for field training. S-V81-A class size maximum is 55 students per course with 2 courses per year (6-month course). Must possess a secret security clearance. Anticipate 4-month base year, June-September, and 2-5 option years.
