Description

The work covered by this construction consists of the contractor providing all labor, tools, equipment, quality control, and supervision necessary to remove approximately 9,000 SF of an existing corrugated roof and installing approximately 9,000 SF of replacement corrugated metal (26 gauge minimum). A site visit is scheduled for 10:00AM on April 11th, 2001. All parties will meet in the Contracting Office, Building 17000, Andersen AFB, at 9:45AM. The magnitude of this construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. The performance period will be 60 days after issuance of the notice of award or a notice to proceed. Performance or Payment bonds are not required. This Request for Quotations (RFQ) is a Small Business Set-Aside. All interested small businesses may submit a quotation in response to this RFQ. We will issue the RFQ on or about March 23rd, 2001. We will not issue paper copies of this RFQ. We will make the RFQ available on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) website @ http://www.eps.gov
