HORIZONTAL STABILIZER SOL F09603-01-R-40435. Item 0001 NSN 1560-01-310-2035GY, P/N: 232T003-9, Dim 6'X 3' X4", Mat: Aluminum alloy, Func: Used to turn drone. Basic Qty: 1 EA, Yearly Option-I: 3 each, Options II-IV: 2 each per year. Applicable to the BQM-34A Drone. Destination: Robins Air Force Base GA. Delivery: Sep 01. This requirement will be sole source to Teledyne Ryan Aeronautical, San Diego CA 92138-5311. Authority: 10 USC 2304(c) (1), Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels.
