Description

THIS MODIFICATION IT TO ADDRESS THE: 17. Tie-Down System. Delete _wheel lashing tie-down system shall be furnished for the three vehicles to be carried._ Replace with the following, _A tie-down system shall be furnished to secure each vehicle at all four corners in a crisscross fashion. Ratchet devices shall be rated at 10,000 lbs. minimum. Each tie-down strap shall be furnished with one RTJ cluster hook. A description of the vehicle tie-down system shall be furnished with the proposal. The tie-down system design shall be government approved._
