Description
The U.S. Customs Service has a requirement for the manufacture and installation of law enforcement type decals on approximately 250 vehicles. The material for the decals must be vinyl reflective film. The only acceptable methods of producing the decals are die cut and screen-printing. The vehicles are located at approximately 50 locations in the contiguous United States, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. There are five different type vehicles: vans, mini vans, SUVs, sedans, and trucks of various sizes. The decal specifications vary for each type of vehicle. This requirement is FOB Destination. Any interested contractor must have the capability to install the decals at each of these locations. The successful contractor must complete this requirement within seven months, or 210 days, after receipt of the notice to proceed. This requirement is set aside for small business. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 323113.
