Description
The NSNs are being considered for addition to the Fairbanks Morse Division of B.F. Goodrich Co. corporate contract. Companies interested in offering on the listed NSNs, other than authentic Fairbanks Morse parts, please contact Pam Ritch on 614-692-2187. Please note that the final decision will be based on the overall best value to the government and not necessarily the lowest price. The factors other than price include delivery, past performance and quality. All NSNs are available for download via the Internet/World Wide Web-refer to WEB LINK. No RFP will be issued as it is anticipated that these NSNs will be added to an existing contract(s). See Note(s) 12 and 26. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 3 years. This is an unrestricted acquisition. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10U.S.C.2304(c)(1). Approved Sources include (see the website http://www.dscccols.com/programs/corporate_contracts/cc.asp or the Section B Disk). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
