Description

This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for Cone and Rollers Tapered Roller Bearing identified by NSN 3110-00-400-8419. In the event the selected awardee has an existing Indefinite delivery purchase order or an Indefinite Quantity Contract containing DSCR clause 52.217-9G20, ADDITION/DELETION OF ITEMS ON CONTRACT, the item/items solicited on this solicitation may be added to the existing contract. Under any other circumstance, this solicitation will result in an Indefinite delivery purchase order. Delivery orders may be placed for a period of one year. The order will be for a base year and four option years. This item is procured on a fully competitive basis. The Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) is 12,000 units. Ordering Method via Paperless Order Placement System is preferred. Delivery: FOB Destination 30 days after receipt of delivery order for stock orders and 15 days after receipt of order for direct vendor deliveries. Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation can be obtained from the Procurement Gateway. The closing date for receipt of quotations is 9 March 2001 with an anticipated award date of 16 March 2001.
