Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number RFQ-01-027 is issued as a request for a quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-21. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 334112 and the size standard is 1000 employees. Line item no. 1) DLT Cartridges _ DLT IV, 20-80 GB; Quantity 450 each. Line item no. 2) DLT Cleaning Cartridges; Quantity 40 each. Delivery to: Bureau of the Public Debt, 149 19th Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101, FOB Destination. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors_Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Award will be based on technically compliant, low price. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52-212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications_Commercial Items with their offer.
