Description

Contractor is to furnish shelf labels and thermal scale labels to Commissaries located in Alaska, Hawaii, Western Pacific, Midwest and Eastern regions for the Defense Commissary Agency. The thermal scale labels may be various colors and may require pre-printing with "SELL BY", "NET WT./COUNT", "UNIT PRICE", AND "THANK YOU". Some of the labels are to be pre-printed with the USDA mandated safe handling statement for raw meat and poultry. Thermal scale labels are to be used with, but not limited to such models as Toledo Scale 314,315, 324,325,8425,8427; Hobart Scale 18VP, 18VPS,1865,5000 T, 5000 TE, SP80, SP1500, Ultima ! 2000; and TEC America HP18. This is not all inclusive of the types of labels being requested. A Requirements Type Contract is contractemplated. Solicitation will be issued as a small business set-aside. Period of performance is August 1, 2001 through July 31, 2002. Only written requests for a copy of this solicitation will be honored. Requests may be faxed.
