Description

Architect/Engineer Services to provide necessary design services to prepare plans and specifications for the following projects:(1) 575-99-104 Repair Roofs B-13, 5 & 6: Project will include the preparation of construction documents to replace the existing membrane roof on the upper portion of Building 13, and to remove the clay tile roofs on Buildings 5 and 6 to facilitate the replacement of felt paper and then reinstallation of the clay tile roof with replacement of broken tiles as necessary. (2) 575-99-103 Replace Storm Drains B-1: Project will include the preparation of construction documents to perform replacement of storm sewer mains in the crawlspace of B-1. (3) 575-01-101 Female Patient Privacy: Project will include the preparation of construction documents to remodel approximately 1000 square feet on the 5th floor to accommodate three private/semi-private rooms and a waiting area. Includes necessary asbestos removal. All projects will utilize DVA design criteria, which is available on the internet. This is set aside for Small Emerging Business. Firms desiring consideration should submit date (SF 254 and SF 255's) no later than April 2, 2001. Project is restricted to Grand Junction, CO and the surrounding area.
