Description

Provide the US Department of Energy, Office of Energy Information Administration, Dallas Field Office, with the acquisition of telephone services, including long distance and lease digital telephones that will be compatible with existing analog telephones currently on site. The contractor will continue current phone numbers. The Department of Energy anticipates issuance of a competitive Request For Quotation (RFQ). This procurement is non-restrictive. Firms interested in being included to receive a copy of the RFQ must register with the Department's Industry Interactive Procurement System (IIPS). Copies of the RFQ and amendments will be available by downloading from the Internet from the IIPS home page located at address: http://doe-iips.pr.doe.gov. There will be no hard (paper) copies of the RFQ made available. Prospective bidders who do not have electronic means to download the RFQ shall submit a written request. with a 3.5" disk and return mailer, to Document Control Specialist, MA-544, US Department of Energy, 1000 Independence Avenue, SW, Washington, DC 20585. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders, after receipt of RFQ, to notify the Contract Specialist of their intent to bid and review the posted RFQ for amendments.
