Description

This will be an indefinite delivery contract with delivery orders. Contract period is one year from date of award with four additional one year periods. Cumulative total per year not to exceed $500,000.00 with $10,000.00 guaranteed minimum for the base year and $5,000.00 for each additional option year. Both technical and cost proposals are required for evaluation. Evaluation factors for award shall include: (1) Technical Expertise; (2) Experience; (3) Past Performance; (4) Price. The Request for Proposal will be available on or about 20 March 2001. See Note 1. To qualify as a small business concern under this solicitation, the size standard is a concern and its affiliates, having average annual receipts for its preceding three years not in excess of $3.5 Million. NOTICE: You are hereby informed that the St. Louis District web page will serve as the ONLY advance notice for this Request for Proposal. NO CD-ROMS's will be issued.
