Description

Multiple award term contract for the period beginning April 1, 2001 and ending March 31, 2002. These specifications cover the production of miscellaneous census forms requiring such operations as copy pickup, film making/reproducibles, printing, binding, packing and distribution. Approximately 200 orders. Forms printed one or two sides. Trim Sizes: Up to and including 17 x 34". Category I: Quantities up to 49,999 copies. Category II: Quantities of 50,000 to 3,000,000. Material to be picked up from and delivered to Suitland, MD. Deliver f.o.b. destination to Suitland, MD and Jeffersonville, IN and mail f.o.b. contractor's city. Production time 5 workdays and over. Telephone/Telegraph requests are not acceptable.
