Description

Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to Install HVAC for Renovation for GRECC Program, at the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, Nashville Campus, Department of Veterans Affairs, 1310 24th Ave., S., Nashville, TN 37212. Work includes the installation of HVAC duct, piping, insulation, and a coil in shaft and Fan Room 3. Work also includes HVAC demolition and the installation of VA-furnished roof top ventilators. Cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Contract completion time is 30 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. A Payment Bond or Irrevocible Letter of credit is required.
