Description

The U.S. Customs Service intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with Cox & Company, New York, NY to procure four Heating Systems, part number 2970-97 for use in a USCS P-3 aircraft. Cox & Company shall provide USCS with the interface control documentation as necessary to enable proper integration with the existing USCS P-3 aircraft electrical power systems. Equipment manufactured by Cox & Company has been previously installed in the USCS P-3 aircraft and commonality of systems is critical in maintaining a baseline aircraft configuration. This contract action is subject to the availability of funds. See Numbered Note 22.
