Description

All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of March 27, 2001. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. This is an unrestricted acquisition. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This acquisition is intended to meet the government's total annual requirements estimated at 62 each of the subject item. The estimated annual value of this action is $67,801.34.
