UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries contemplates a Firm Fixed Price three (3) year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract to be awarded in response to this solicitation on a "ALL OR NONE" basis for the following item(s): Line item 0001 Quilted polyester batting, TY-VIII, cvr-a, ripstop nylon cloth, camouflage green, style a, type VIII, Cover a, class 9 conforming to MIL-B-41826, NSN 8415-00-782-2886, 64" wide. Estimated Maximum quantity 190,602 yards. Guaranteed Minimum Quantity 31,800 yards. UNICOR MCS No. FAB9367. Line item 0002 Nylon, oxford cloth, 3.0 ounce, camouflage green #483, type I, class 2 of MIL-C-508J, NSN 8415-00-782-2886, 60" wide. Estimated Maximum Quantity 48,300 yards. Guaranteed Minimum Quantity 8,300 yards. UNICOR MCS No. FAB9366. These items will be ordered by issuance of individual delivery orders and will be billed and delivered F.O.B. destination, 45 days after receipt of order to: UNICOR, FCI Yazoo City, 2225 Haley Barbour Parkway, Yazoo City, MS 39194.
