Description
Concerns having the ability for providing 1)Community Corrections Center (CCC) services; 2)Mother with Infant(MINT) services; and 3)Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT) services. Those interested are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and point of contact) to the contracting office listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, training opportunities, and treatment, to include furnishings of subsistence, and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Works. Location of the facility shall be in the Springfield (Sangamon, Menard, Logan, Schulyer, Brown County) Illinois area. A firm-fixed unit price requirements type contract with a two year base period and 3-one year options is anticipated. Line Item One includes CCC services for male/female Federal offenders. Estimated number on inmate days for the base period 14,600. Esimated number of inmate days for option years one, two and three is 7,300, respectively. Line Item Two includes MINT services for Federal offenders. Estimated number on inmate days for the base period 2,190. Esimated number of inmate days for option years one, two and three is 1,095, respectively. Line Item Three inlcudes TDAT services. The base period shall include services for 28 inmates as follows: one intake assessment per inmate); 48-30-minute individual counseling sessions per inmate and 144-30 minute group counsleing sessions per inmate. Option years one, two and three shall include services for 30, 35 and four, respectively. Options one, two and three shall include services as follows: one intake assessment per inmate); 24-30-minute individual counseling sessions per inmate and 72-30 minute group counsleing sessions per inmate. Estimated issue date is March 30, 2001. Estimated closing date is May 31, 2001. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered.
