The Great Lakes Acquisition Center is soliciting quotations to provide labor and materials necessary to remove and replace elevator push button stations, Braille and side jamb floor indicator plates and the position indicator covers for various elevators and/or dumbwaiters located throughout the Chicago Health Care System, VA Medical Center (West Side Division) Chicago, IL. This procurement is unrestricted. NAICS Code: 811310. A site visit is scheduled for Monday March 12, 2001 at 10:00 am at the VA Medical Center, (West Side), 820 South Damen Avenue, Chicago IL. Additional information on the site visit is contained in the solicitation and all interested parties are encouraged to attend. No telephone requests will be accepted.
