Description

The Forest Service requires a post-fire survey of the Lolo, Bitterroot, and Flathead National Forests in high probability burned areas from the 2000 fire season. Services are to record all located heritage resources, assess the effects from the recent fires, make recommendations on their eligibility for listing on the National Register of Historic Places, assess the conditon of previously recorded heritage resources, and submit findings in a professional published report. Work is located on the Lolo, Bitterroot, and Flathead National Forests in Montana. Proposals are due May 2, 2001. Estimated start work date is July 1, 2001. Contract time is approximately 2 years. This is a formally negotiated procurement requiring submission of a technical and business proposal. The proposed project listed here is a 100 percent small business set-aside.
