Description

This is a synopsis for a commercial item. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to purchase the following management consulting services on a Sole Source Basis from Balanced Scorecard for Government, Inc. (BSGI): Various reports including architecture, synthesis summary and linage models, initial scorecard draft with additional objective proposed by the working group, sessions/workshops, orientation, objective development process, and analysis of alignment. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR 13) are to be utilized. The closing date is 9 March 2001 at 4:00 P. M., Eastern Standard Time. Anticipated award date is 12 March 2001. All deliverables will be provided by 15 May 2001. The Request For Quotation number is N00178-01-Q-9036. The North American Industry Classification System code is 541611 (Management Consulting Services). DoD will no longer award contracts to contractors not registed in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) data base.
