Invitation for Bid Notice for IRS Restroom and Miscellaneous Improvements, Contract for the IRS Service Center, 2306 East Bannister Road, Kansas City, Missouri, Job PCN RMO99070, IFB o/a March 15, 2001. Estimated Cost Range: $250,000 -- $500,000. Time for completion: 120 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. No document charge or deposit is required. Project involves the IRS Restroom Renovation and Miscellaneous Improvements. This project also includes Option 1 -- Remove existing and install new ceramic floor and Option 2 -- Remove existing fixtures and install new fixtures.
