Description

The Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to remove existing flooring and install new flooring; remove existing floor tile and install new floor tile; remove existing caulking and install new caulking; relocate existing air conditioning system; install new floor framing system; and install new air conditioning system at thirteen microwave sites in Clay and Stevens counties in Minnesota and Barnes, Benson, Billings, Burleigh, Golden Valley, Mercer, Morton, Pierce, and Stark counties in North Dakota. The North American Industry Classification System code for this project is 23511. This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis on or about March 23, 2001. All responsible business concerns may submit a quote which shall be considered by this Agency. Estimated construction magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. All work shall be completed within seventy-five (75) calendar days after receipt of a notice to proceed.
