Description

Maintenance, Repair or Alteration of Real Property!! Installation of Railroad Crossing Warning Devices at the Crossing of the Fort Campbell Railroad and State Route 400, Oak Grove, Kentucky. Work includes to provide and install insulated joints, signal cable, instrument case, batteries, AC/DC track circuit equipment; track relays, lighting transformer, flashing light signals, crossing bell, crossing signs, foundation piers, locaks, track circuit connection kits, and painting of metal surfaces. Other work includes excavation and grass seeding. The period of performance is 90 calendar days. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range fort his project is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the "Small Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitations is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, NACIS 235310 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $11.5 million.
