Description

This is a one time simplified acquisition procurement and is a 100% Small Business Set Aside (SBSA). The work consists of the cleaning, maintenance, and water treatment for the swimming and toddler pools. The swimming pool is 70 feet by 100 feet and has the approximate capacity of 350,000 gallongs. All work shall be executed in compliance with the Code of Federal Regulations, specifically 29 CFR 1910 and 29 CFR 1926 and all EPA, Navy and State Environmental Codes and Regulations. Work shall begin five days after the award date and continue for 12 consecutive months. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS)/SIC Code assigned to this procurement is 56179/7389. The small business size standard is $5.0M. To be awarded a purchase order, the contractor MUST be on the Cenetral Contractor Registration (CCR). A Site Visit is scheduled for Friday, 16 Mar 01, at 930 a.m. (CST). Only one site visit will be conducted. Questions must be submitted in writing by 3:00p.m. (CST) Friday, 16 Mar 01.
