Description

Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required to complete "Replace Ambulance Entrance", Project 649-98-112, at the Northern Arizona VA Health Care System, Prescott, Arizona. The project will renovate and modernize the VA Urgent Care ambulance entrance in the northwest corner of building 117. Work to include modification to entrance drive, minor drainage improvements, replacement/expansion/upgrading of canopy and enclosure, installation of new automatic doors and handicap ramp/railing, asbestos removal and other related improvements and repairs. Construction cost estimate is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS 23332. Bidding material will be available on or about March 26, 2001. All requests for bid documents must be in writing to the attention of the Contracting Officer. Requests on company letterhead to include a point of contact and phone/fax numbers. Fax requests will be accepted on (520) 717 7444. Pre-Bid conference will be conducted as identified in the IFB (o/a 4-11). Anticipated Bid Opening Date -- April 26, 2001.
