Description

SMALL Business Set-aside. AMI-American Mangement, Inc. as prime contractor to the proposals for the provision of Roof Replacement at multi-family properties owned or controlled by HUD and known as JVL 12 and JVL 14, St. Louis, MO. Contractors must submit proposals in accordance with the proposal format in the solicitation. This will be a firm fixed price contract. The solicitation will be issued on or about March 16, 2001. The estimated cost is expected to be $400,000 to $500,000. All parties interested in receiving a copy of the solicitation must send a check or money order in the amount of $25.00 for a hard copy of the solicitation or request an e-mail copy from carla.johnson@ami-ami.com.
