Description

This notice amends the previous pre-solicitation and modification notices for this project. New BIN (Business Instrument Number) is 01-SP-30-0020. The estimated cost range of this project is $500,001 to $1 Mil. The United States has a new industry classification system. The NAICs (North American Industry Classification System) code for this project is 235210 (Painting and Wall Covering)and the small business size standard is $11.5 million, bridge between NAICS and SIC. The solicitation remains unrestricted. However, the type of method is competitive negotiated, from sealed bid. FAR Part 15 -- Contracting by Negotiation is the acquisition procedures that will be followed. The estimated issuance date of the solicitation is March 12, 2001. The estimated date for receipt of proposals is April 12, 2001. A formal organized site visit will be conduct at Parker Dam on March 26, 2001, at 10:00 a.m., local time.
