The Food & Drug Administration [FDA], Center for Veterinary Medicine [CVM] intends to award a purchase order using the simplified acquisition process for services with expertise in the evaluation & interpretation of pharmacokinetics studies & to review studies involving biopharmaceutics & pharmacokinetics submitted to support new animal drug applications. Review data to resolving regulatory issues, provide evaluation of protocols, & study reports electronically in Microsoft Word format. Clauses pertaining to this requirement: Confidentiality, Conflict of Interest, Copyright, Physical Security, & 52.232.33 Mandatory Information of Electronic Funds Transfer Payment apply. Location can be at contractor's site with meetings in Rockville, MD. This procurement will be awarded as a simplified acquisition in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5.
