Description

1. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Washington, intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract on behalf of the Acquisition Management Department, Bldg. 54, National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, MD 20889-5600 for Telephone Maintenance Support and Software Upgrades for ALI ULTRAPAC Systems. Equipment List as follows: 2-DWS-220-Primary Diagnostic Workstation with dual 21" high resolution monitors, keyboard mouse UPS, and software; 2-DWS-200 Secondary Diagnostic Workstation with 21" high resolution monitor, keyboard, mouse, UPS and software; 1-NSC-050-Network server software package license, including Modern for factory service; 1-NSC-110-Network NT Server-Hardware; 7-SWS-150-Sonographer's Portable Workstation with Image Acquisition including software; 1-SWS-100-Case Viewing Workstation with 17" monitor, keyboard, mouse, UPS and software; 1-RWS-100-Administrative Workstation; 1-ODA-032-HP 32 Cartridge Jukebox with 2 Optical Drives; 1-CIS-110 -Clinical Reporting; 1-CIS-120-Advanced Clinical Information System; 1-OSM-130-Teaching Files Library; 4-OSM-145-CINE Playback Upgrade for DWS; 1-DIV-101-ALI UltraPACS Web Server; 1-DSI-100-DICOM System Interface-DICOM PACS Gateway: 1-DDI-120-DICOM Printer Interface. This will be awarded on an unrestricted basis for Full and Open Competition under FAR 6.101. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) is 811 210 with standard of $5.0 million. All responsible sources may submit and offer, however, only items meeting the Navy's requirements will be considered for technical review. All offers must be received in this office no later than 2:00 p.m. (EST) on 23 March 2001.
