Description
This is a sources-sought notice. The United States Coast Guard Maintenance and Logistics Command Pacific intends to procure a wide variety of Medical & Dental providers, e.g., Optometry, Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nursing, Physical Therapy, Medical Assistants, Dental Hygienist, Dental Assistants, Medical Record Tech, and specialty medical services. Services to be provided by three (3) small businesses for multiple sites and multiple years. The services will be required in clinics located in Kodiak, Sitka, Juneau, and Ketchikan Alaska, Port Angeles and Seattle Washington, Astoria and North Bend Oregon, McKinleyville, Petaluma, Alameda, and San Pedro California, and Honolulu HI. Not all services will be required at all sites during the initial year. Additional services will be ordered in out-years. The contract is contemplated possibly as an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, Award Term and Award Fee firm fixed price contract with economic price adjustments. The duration will be the base year and 4 option years and any additional periods approved as award terms. Initial award will be a best value based on the contractors pricing proposal, proven management ability and past performance. Competitive task orders will be based on Best value analysis of the provider(s) offered price and the firm_s track record. Potential contractors are invited to provide comments and/or suggestions.
