- Small Businesses are invited to attend the Mid-Atlantic Small Business Conference developed by Northern Division, Naval Facilities Engineering, SBA, US General Service Administration, seven other Federal Agencies, four State Agencies, Women Small Business Resource Organizations, Electronic Commerce Resource Center and Minority Diversity Council. A significant number of small and large business are expected to attend the conference. Why is this event so important to your business? A primary challenge to business owners is to keep current with the pace of change. Alliance-Mid-Atlantic provides opportunities to meet buyers and contracting officers from major military bases, the states of Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey, and large companies to discuss business opportunities. Training sessions will provide current information on emerging new standards and technologies. This is your opportunity as a supplier to identify potential new contracting services and network with buyers and other attendees. The seminars will provide you and your business with the tools to bid and contract successfully, gain valuable information and share success stories. Exhibitors will include major purchasers and agencies which can help you succeed. The conference will take place on 19 March, 2001 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Adams Mark Hotel, Philadelphia, PA.
