Description

17. Install Lighting at Water Treatment Plant, Building 1746. Perform physical security improvements/upgrades to the Water Treatment Plant, Building 1746. Work shall include but not be limited to: installation of upgraded lighting/circuitry/dual mounting brackets on seven (7) perimeter poles, installation of various wall pack lighting (3)/circuitry on exterior wall, installation of security grade wire mesh and framing (WMF)/hardware over windows into CMU exterior walls, install security grade wire mesh/framing/hardware over louvered double doors (south side -- each Chlorination/storage section) and repair (2)/installation of new (4)/painting of entry doors (various locations). The period of performance is 45 calendar days. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the "Small Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, NAICS 235310, for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $11.5 million. Fort Campbell is using the Internet for advertising and issuing solicitations.
