Description

Work consists of providing all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, quality control and supervision necessary to repair Drainage/Roads, in the Weapons Storage Area, Malmstrom AFB, MT. The scope of this project includes but is not limited to: replacing storm drain, manholes and field inlets, road subgrade construction, asphalt surfacing, cement treated base course, ditch construction, unclassified excavation and replacement, RCP pipe installation, concrete headwall structure, rip rap outfall pad and miscellaneous surface restoration and seeding. Request For Proposal will be issued on or about 6 Apr 01. Request For Proposal will close on or about 6 May 01. Performance period is 120 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. The anticipated contract will be awarded on a price Performance Trade-Off basis. The acquisition is open competition for large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The Request For Proposal is availabe only on the internet at hht://www.eps.gov. Potential Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award.
