Delivery 150 days after date of award. Solicitation contains 100% option which may or may not be exercised. Solicitation is a RFP and will be available after 05 April 2001 (issue date) from http://dibbs.dsccols.com/Rfp A written quote is required. The solicitation is set-aside for small business and the small business size standard is 1000 employees. Military and commercial specifications cannot be provided by DSCC. Automated best value system factor applies. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. See numbered Note 1 and 26.
