- The Government proposes to purchase 300 Cubic Meters of Portland Cement Concrete for use on roads projects on the Blackfeet Indian Reservation, located in North Central part of Montana. All projects are within or adjacent to the town of Heart Butte, Montana. Request for solicitation packages must be in writing. Telephonic requests will not be honored. Faxed requests will be honored and may be sent to (406) 247-7908. Solicitation packages will be issued until supply is exhausted. This procurement is a small-business set-aside.
