Description

The U. S. Department of Commerce, Herbert C. Hoover Building (HCHB) located at 1401 Constitution Avenue, NW, Washington, DC has a requirement for maintenance of twenty-eight passenger and five freight elevators with a base -- period and four option years -- These elevators are arranged in twelve groups -- The General Services Administration is currently renovating twenty-four elevators located in the HCHB -- On or about August 1, 2001 twenty- elevators will have been converted to Motion Controls (MCE-24 total), the remaining four elevators scheduled to be renovated by December 1, 2001 -- Contractor will provide all management, supervision, labor, and materials, supplies, parts, tools and equipment necessary to operate, maintain and keep elevator equipment fully operational -- Those contractors who previous requested a copy of SOL# 52-SAAA-1-00002-Elevator Maintenance Services need not submit a second request. -- The SIC Code is 7699 -- Solicitation will be issued on or about March 26, 200 -- Send written request for SOL# SA1301-01-RQ-00019 -- To U.
