Description

The Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA)/HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB), is soliciting quotations from responsible sources with the capability to provide contract services to HAB, the Office of Science and Epidemiology (OSE);and, Service Evaluation and Research Branch. This solicitation is offered in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Part 13. The Contractor selected will: (1) conduct a literature search and write a report on what is known about access to, utilization of, and barriers to oral health care services by persons living with HIV disease (in dental programs in general, not just Ryan White CARE Act programs), (2) identify elements of successful oral health care programs for people living with HIV, (3) identify and analyze 10 B 15 successful programs of comprehensive and integrated oral health care in Title III Ryan White CARE Act-funded programs; and (4), write a final report which will discuss findings and highlight successful program strategies, as per the statement of work. It is expected that this effort will result in purchase order. The period of performance is twelve weeks after receipt of order. Solicitations will be issued on or about March 16, 2001.
