Description

This project consists of performing multi-trade facilities construction repair and remodel work on Government-owned occupied and unoccupied residences, offices, warehouses and other miscellaneous facilities in the Southeast Alaskan communities of Juneau, Hoonah, Sitka, Petersburg, Wrangell, Ketchikan, and Thorne Bay on an indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery basis. The work may include the preparation of job order proposals, project scooping, cost estimating, and development of specifications and requirements in addition to performance of the actual repair or remodel work. The contract term will be for one year from the date of award. The estimated price range for this project is $500,000-$1,000,000. The Request for Proposals will be issued and available for viewing and printing from the Tongass National Forest homepage at http://www.fs.fed.us/r10/tongass on or about March 26, 2001.
